Mersey Care Support

Mind Connect work in partnership with the Mersey Care NHS Trust Community Mental Health Teams to support patients with their mental health and wellbeing.


Currently we are accepting referrals from Speke (Moss House) and Kirkby (Northwood House) in Merseyside.

 Accessible wellbeing sessions from our facilitators on managing emotions, relationships, trauma, stress and anxiety - to help improve overall health and wellbeing.

Dependent on the persons needs, we can offer specialised group work and bespoke one-to-one sessions to help improve specific mental health needs.

Wrap-around support from our team, offering consistent one-to-one sessions and working closely with other health teams to ensure they are fully supported.

These services are open to patients currently working with a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) within the Mersey Care NHS Trust. 


Please note a referral is needed from a professional within the Community Mental Health Team to access this support.

The Mind Connect team will get in touch with the referrer or patient as soon as we can (usually within 1 week), to explain and offer the support we have available - dependent on the persons needs.

We offer free support and wellbeing sessions in Speke, Merseyside, every Monday. Visit our 'Community Support' page for more info.
