Keeping the Discord chat safe

Who moderates it
Lee and Cathy, with our community peer volunteers.
When it's moderated
The Discord isn't monitored around the clock. You can open a support ticket whenever you need to, and you'll get an automatic reply straight away with the numbers to call if you're in crisis.
If someone says they're at risk

When you join, you agree to our community rules, including that the Discord isn't a crisis service. You're given access to the right channels based on a short triage and your membership.

If you open a support ticket, you'll get an automatic message straight away with the numbers to call if you're in crisis or at risk.

The Discord isn't a crisis service and isn't watched all the time. If you're in danger, call 999. For urgent mental health help, call NHS 111 and choose option 2.

One-to-one mental health coaching

Coaching helps you work on a challenge or goal, like anxiety, sleep or building confidence. Unlike traditional talking therapies, we focus less on the past and more on what you can do about things here and now.

How much does it cost?

£45 for a 50-minute session

Connect members get 10% off, and Connect+ members get 20% off, every one-to-one session.

How does it work?

Our accredited coaches first work with you to understand what's going on with your thoughts and feelings. Then we build a support plan that works for you.

Sessions are mostly online or over the phone, and we can meet in person in Merseyside when needed. It's your journey, so you choose how many sessions to have and how often.
