“I'm from South Africa and busy doing my masters in the UK. I love sports and being surrounded by nature. One of the things I really enjoy is meeting new people and discovering new things and places!
The reason why I love and why I want to volunteer for Mind Connect is in our day and age there's such a massive challenge with mental health. We need more resources to help people in need. I know Mind Connect helps so much with this and groups like Mind Connect need volunteers to support them. I'm proud to be a volunteer!”

Donate
Support mental health by donating to Mind Connect. Your contributions help provide essential mental health services to those in need.
Free mental health support is getting harder to find. Many people wait more than six months for NHS talking therapies. Your donations keep our support free, consistent and easy to reach.
Where the money goes
Donations cover our running costs and can fund whole projects that provide free mental health support, like our drop-in hubs and our free Community membership.
Why it matters to a small organisation
As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we're not-for-profit: any money we make always goes back into Mind Connect and our community. Small organisations need donations the most, so please think of us if you're fundraising or choosing a cause.
To make a donation, email community@mindconnect.org.uk and we'll tell you how.
“Mind Connect have given me a clear insight on how I can manage difficult issues in a positive way.”
“Oh that's great. It's so much better to have it like that. Crisis is not 9 to 5, and neither is life.”
“Your online support is the reason I'm still here.”
